Hello Joseph,

thanks for asking.

Remote Buddy doesn't differentiate between scrolling and volume
control in Front Row. It simply sends cursor key up and down events
to Front Row, which then triggers the actions as appropriate.

Customizing or replacing the actions triggered inside Front Row is
not possible. Only Apple can make changes at that level.
