Hello Jochen,

nothing changed in that regard with the current release. All that 
might be different is the timing. On startup, whichever application 
gets control over the remote first will win - and keep it (there are 
exceptions Remote Buddy usually makes use of, but again, on startup, 
there are timing issues).

The temporary fix is to not start EyeTV upon system startup and then 
start it via Remote Buddy.

The final, more elegant fix for this problem is scheduled for the 
next release.
