This posting is older than 6 months and can contain outdated information.
I guess Vista does the same but uses static (non-animated) thumbnails of the videos organized by folders. I suppose the pre-cached thumbnails makes deep-navigation less tedious (and more interesting).

The main difference for me--using a 1.25GHz G4 mac mini with 1GB RAM--is the lack of responsiveness and speed of the navigation. I don't know how much of that can me improved on my hardware.

Once again, this topic is not directly related to Remote Buddy but thought it useful for HTPC related discussion.

I still think Remote Buddy is superb--and does exactly what it claims to do.
