I've setup the EyeTV behaviour with the buttons mapping as per the default. The issue is the now when I get the "you can't change channels" error from EyeTV itself, I can't use the remote to dismiss this error. EyeTV does not seem to be getting the commands from the remote. I've tried setting the EyeTV remote mappings to the virtual remote but this just seems to control iTunes, not EyeTV. Weird.

Now I have to get up and use the mouse to dismiss the error. Quite a pain.
