thanks for posting, but the snippets are a bit confusing as important 
information seems to be missing. Please send me the full panic.log as 
found at

/Library/Logs/panic.log

to info@iospirit.com.

Please also open /Applications/Utilities/System Profiler.app, save a 
profile (Command+S - in XML format) and send it along, so I can get an 
idea of what your hardware and OS configuration looks like in detail 
(=> saves me a lot of time asking questions).
