Yes, it's possible. It's both available as menu item as well as global
actions that you can map to a button or turn into a menu element. It's
always found below "Display settings" or "Screeen
settings" ("Bildschirmeinstellungen" in German).

Please consult the online help's "How do I.." section for a step by
step guide on how to add actions to the menu or map them to a button.
