This posting is older than 6 months and can contain outdated information.

You can assign actions to all nine buttons. 3 of the buttons are
already globally mapped by default and thus don't appear in the
Behaviour mapping tables.

Please go to

Preferences > Mapping > Global mapping

and remove the default mapping for the buttons you want to map on a
per-Behaviour level.
