This posting is older than 6 months and can contain outdated information.
I'm sorry, but Remote Buddy can only control functionality on your Mac 
and I really only own the remote but not the gaming console, so I 
can't give you any advice on this either.

What will work for sure, though, would be to plug your console into a 
power strip with a power switch that allows you to really switch off 
your console. You'll also save energy this way.
