License codes.. is a group buy ok?

Hi there,

Would just like to know if I arrange a group buy with other individuals on a forum to get the volume discount (3+ or 5+) would the license(s) be registered under our own names and would we have our own individual license codes that are unique and distinct from each other.

I.E If I buy 3 codes to get the 10 euro discount, they wouldn't be all be in my name would they?
