right now, AJAX Remote is a closed architecture functionality-wise.

The latter is something you can do. On the AJAX Remote main screen, 
you can choose "Menu" to access Remote Buddy's menu directly. The menu 
presented there always is the default menu as configured in 
Preferences > Menu. You can design that menu freely. To add 
AppleScript items, first create a global action, then find it in 
Actions > Miscellaneous and add it to the menu. The How-Tos in the 
Help will walk you through the respective steps.
