This posting is older than 6 months and can contain outdated information.

I paired my wiimote with my computer and it works great in xbmc. I
entered the remote buddy menu and did activate behavior in the
virtual mouse menu. the d-pad then moves the mouse pointer.. but
moving the wiimote doesn't move it at all.. How do I enable ir mouse
mode? thanks for any reply

The virtual mouse (=> control the mouse with the navigation cross) is
not the IR mouse mode (=> control the mouse via the WiiMote's IR
sensor).

With default settings, the IR mouse mode is activated by pressed
button 1 on the remote.
