If not button code <-> raw code mapping table exists for a remote, 
Remote Buddy will bring up aforementioned notice and log the raw codes 
to the console.log.

Please open Console.app and look for messages that Remote Buddy added 
to the console.log and copy them here or send them via the contact 
form. I can then look into it and also check with elgato.
