Thanks for asking.

Remote Buddy sends keystrokes and it does so reliably. Since in the 
past, 100% of all issues have been bugs in Plex and I'm really, really 
short of time right now and can't spend time on debugging Plex issues 
at the moment, please contact the Plex team directly for assistance 
regarding their software.
