What remote control are you trying to replace with the Harmony?
Have you tried using the actual remote instead of the Harmony?
Best regards,

I understand what you're saying about the learning code, but I don't think that's it since none of the other learned codes are repeating. I will re-learn it though, which brings me to my other question.
The remote I'm replacing with the Harmony is the standard Apple Remote. I setup 8 logical remotes in Remote Buddy, and taught my Harmony the signals from all 8.
So, for example, the Play button from Logical Apple Remote 2 sends the "Stop" keystroke. The Play button from Logical Remote 7 is the "OK/Select" keystroke (Enter). I have around 40 different commands setup this way.
So, if you think this is a signal problem, and if the erroneous learned signal was from Logical Remote 7, how can I get the Apple Remote back to that remote ID to re-teach the Harmony? Or do I have to delete that logical remote and re-learn that whole set?
Thanks for your help.
