I'm not writing on Apple Discussions and not the same person as the
one writing there as iFelix.

As I wrote previously, it's likely that you removed that file without
also removing its entry in iTunes (or, if you downloaded it with your
iPhone 2.2, it was added to your library, but wasn't copied from your
iPod to your Mac). In either case, removing the entry from your
iTunes' Podcast area will also remove it from the iTunes XML file and
consequently Remote Buddy's menu.
