Thanks for asking.

Custom Actions are currently not available for the Global Mapping
table. You can, however

1) create actions in the Behaviour Construction Kit
2) check the respective checkbox to make them globally available
3) then select them in the Global Mapping table (=> they can be found
under "Miscellaneous" in the popup)
