Thanks for asking.

All of your settings are stored at

~/Library/Preferences/com.iospirit.*

You can save and restore your settings by backing up these files and
putting them back in place respectively.

Due to the nature of the OS X preferences system, Remote Buddy should
not be running while you work on these files.
