Thanks for asking.

Flash can come in so many forms and expect so many different input 
(some flash presentations will expect specific key presses, others 
will expect mouse events or clicks, again others a mouse wheel event 
and so on), that it'll remain impossible to support it.

You can, however, always use Remote Buddy's built-in Behaviour 
Construction Kit to create your own Behaviour to control your specific 
Flash animation. More information on the "For Developers" section of 
this site. A video tutorial (suitable for non-developers) can also be 
found there.

If all you need is the emulation of cursor keys, the built-in Virtual 
Keyboard Behaviour will already fit your needs.
