I wouldn't do this at all and I can't help you with that. Sorry.

The level of integration for Bluetooth throughout the system is just 
way too high - and often not immediately obvious.

Chances are high that you ruin the stability or reliability of your 
system if you try to transplant components from OS 10.5.5 into OS 
10.5.6. Especially since OS 10.5.6 has a lot of changes to the 
Bluetooth stack and applications (Apple or third party) expect these 
changes to be available on an install of OS 10.5.6.
