Remote Buddy supports several IR receivers to be connected and used at 
the same time.

Remote Buddy's eHome driver (which also covers the Manta TR1) supports 
forwarding Apple Remote IDs as true Apple Remote Events via its 
Virtual Remote. Please note, however, that only the Apple IR receiver 
driver currently has a "Multiple remotes" mode. The eHome driver 
currently doesn't offer this feature. Also, eHome receivers don't 
support wakeup with an Apple Remote.

Another option would be to buy a Keyspan Remote for iTunes bundle. It 
supports wakeup by any IR remote (which, however, can also be a 
disadvantage, as sunlight can also cause a wakeup), but the decoding 
of Apple Remote IDs currently isn't supported for these (and probably 
never will - to me it looks like the Keyspan receivers don't have 
sufficient resolution for this).
