This works quite well, although doing it for multiple applications is a real pain, since you have to go through all of those Apple remotes and change their default behavior.

I know that IOSPIRIT won't discuss future plans, but I hope that better support for Harmony remotes goes on the list. With multiple Apple Remote support working, they are almost there already. All that is needed to finish the job is a Harmony remote option in Remote Buddy that hides all of the messy details regarding which virtual Apple remote is doing what, and replaces it with a Harmony Remote entry with a list of Harmony commands like the one you provided. They could use the Plex command assignments from the list you provided; I imagine that Logitech would be happy enough to reproduce it as a Remote Buddy profile, so that Harmony users could just tell the Harmony software that they have a "Remote Buddy" media center.
