This posting is older than 6 months and can contain outdated information.
Thanks for your feedback.
I can't really tell what is going on on your system from the info you
posted here. I haven't heard from a single other user having the
issues you describe. This definately is not the norm, nor is there
anything with Remote Buddy that would require you to change any
settings after an update. In fact, *a lot* of work has been invested
so that even in case there's a complete rewrite of a Behaviour, it is
absolutely transparent to the user and no configuration changes are
necessary on his/her part.
Thanks also for posting these logs, but the backtrace of Remote Buddy
(which contains the info on what part of Remote Buddy's code is
executed at the time the log is created) seems to be missing from it.
I'd really like to find out what is happening on your system, however.
For that, I'll need more information:
Please send in a system profile (in SPX format, saved from System
Profiler.app) of your system. Additionally, when you experience a
hang, please open Activity Monitor.app (AM), select Remote Buddy.app
from the list of running applications and choose "Analyze" from either
AM's menu or toolbar. Then, please send in the information that AM
compiles along with a short note of what exactly you did before the
hang occured. It'll allow me to see exactly what Remote Buddy is doing
at the respective point in time and put it into context.
Thanks in advance!
Best regards,
Felix Schwarz
