Thanks for asking.

Your settings are still there. But OS X 10.6.2 includes a new Apple
Remote driver that prevents old versions of Remote Buddy's driver from
being used for the IR Receiver.

This has been addressed with version 1.15 of Remote Buddy, released on
23rd of October. Please update to the latest version.
