Dear Lennard,

Version 1.16 ships with all the same Behaviours as the previous version. None have been removed (why should we?).

From what you mention this looks like the installation of the new version went wrong. Please quit Remote Buddy, download a new copy, move the old copy to the trash and copy the new copy back into place.
