Thanks for asking.

Unfortunately, as per Apple's Review Guidelines, Remote Buddy Express is not permitted to include any Online Updater.

You can, however, download the latest version of the Behaviour in your browser and install it manually:

1) Download http://static.iospirit.com/static/objectfiles/file/135/Plex.rbbehaviour.zip 
2) Unarchive the zip file 
3) Double-click Plex.rbbehaviour and follow Remote Buddy Express' instructions
