This posting is older than 6 months and can contain outdated information.
i've recently had the same issue after installing plex home theatre for plex pass members... tried the install solution above and worked perfectly... new plex works with the remote... but unhappy with the bugs in that version of plex at this stage, and reverted back to just the free plex till they're sorted... now my remote doesn't work... is there a way to bring back the old plex behavior like the above solution updated to the new plex app supported behavior?
