yes, this is possible. You can either choose this from the RB's 
system menu ("Put to sleep") or you can even map it globally to a 
specific button (have a look at the "Remotes" part of the 
preferences). Do note however that globally mapped buttons are no 
longer available to specialized use inside behaviours.
