Hell Larry,

yes, Preview 10 contains the additional code. If I now enter Front 
Row and then force quit it with Apple + Alt + Shift + Esc, Remote 
Buddy does act accordingly. This was not the case in previous versions.

In which way does it behave different than expected for you in 
Preview 10?
