Hi, I read some old posts asking to have automatic behavior activation when you select the item from the main menu (skipping the uppermost label). I think it's quite necessary since I always find it annoying to click twice. Have you recently made any progress on this?

Another feature is the action "music library". I love it but I think it should be a "Global" acion, so that I can embed that in any menu. Thaw would give me the shortcut to quickly swich music while I'm in another application (I use music as a background)

Is there a particular reason for which that action is not available now in the Behavior builder?

Hi Lele,

as in a previous post, you can easily configure your menu to work just 
like that by using actions in the menu.

As for the Music Library request: noted down. Technically it's a menu 
item specific to an application and not an action and thus not 
globally available.

Thanks Felix, I have been trying to contact you for a while now, support, feedback, email, forum but without success. Did you receive my previous email concerning our new product?

I am finalizing a commercial product and I am evaluating different software for the remote. I like RB a lot but I feel that the product is too complicated to be used by an average customers. (They may be not very used to computers, so we need something as simple as possible, say "fool-proof").

I think that RB would be perfect for us if you wish to spend a very little time in mostly removing some features to streamline it. We can talk more in detail if you are interested in a small collaboration with us. I truly hope you are because it would be a shame otherwise.

I also asked you several times what is your policy for volume licensing. PLEASE reply to this on my email because I need to have an answer for this.
