Basic instructions or manual or video for Remote buddy
View

This posting is older than 6 months and can contain outdated information.

Where can I find instructions on how to use the remote buddy or a video on how to use features?, I looks like you have to pay an extra $10 for instructional videos, that can't be correct, can it?

Please don't respond to tell me that you get a DVD with the premuim edition, thats obvious.

thanks

Remote Buddy's Online Help (just select "Help…" from the menu or read
it only at http://helpbooks.iospirit.net/remotebuddy/english/ ), FAQ
and website provide you with a lot of step-by-step tutorials as well
as in-depth descriptions of the application, commonly used terms,
preferences, tips and more.

All of this is available for free.

Producing high-res (640x480 and up) video tutorials isn't free.
Neither is their distribution. Neither is server hardware. Neither is
bandwidth. Indeed, it becomes very costy quickly. That's why we don't
offer them online, but rather only on the Remote Buddy Premium Edition
CD. Putting more data on a CD doesn't change the duplication costs at
all, whereas thousands of gigabytes of traffic is rather expensive and
also would require one or two additional dedicated servers for content
delivery.
