UI Feature Request: Resizable Window

First, thanks for the excellent software. So far, I only have one complaint, and it's very minor, but also very annoying: Please make the preferences UI window resizable. On my screen, the window takes up barely a third of the space available, and presents me with long lists of things that I must use scrollbars to navigate. This makes configuration much more tedious then it needs to be.
