Using with MCE Receiver, Harmony and Plex

I have an old Mac Pro that I deiced to convert into a Plex Server and Client

Since MAc Pro doesn't have built-in IR, I am using an OEM Microsoft Windows MCE Receiver. This is recognized in Remote Buddy as Philips OVU 4003.

For some reason, I also see a Built-in IR Receiver, however, my Mac Pro doesn't have one.

Anyways, How can I use my Harmony remote with Remote Buddy to use in Plex
