Behaviour Construction Kit and Menu

This posting is older than 6 months and can contain outdated information.
I use Behaviour Construction Kit to create actions for Skim (a pdf reader), and while using Skim, I can press menu to bring up Remote Buddy Menu, which shows me the buttons legend and recent file list, etc.

But it's not in my Remote Buddy main menu, so in Preferences -> Menu -> My profile, I drag the app under the Application menu, just behind Safari (is there any other way to add it into the menu? )

Now I can see it in the menu, but as other applications, such like Safari, there's a "<" to return to main menu and a ">" to go into Safari's menu, but for Skim, there's only "<" but no ">". So my question is how to add Skim to the menu and get a ">" to go into its menu?

Thanks & regards
