how do i disable bluetooth support? it crashes my mac.

This posting is older than 6 months and can contain outdated information.
Hi,

Remote Buddy's Bluetooth support is causing problems with my Mac. It variously causes Mac OS to fail to pair with Bluetooth devices, and even causes Mac OS to crash or hang in various instances when using Bluetooth devices.

When I remove the Remote Buddy kernel driver, all the problems go away. However, once I remove the driver, I can't even use the Apple IR remote with Remote Buddy anymore and it becomes completely non-functional.

How can I use Remote Buddy without the Bluetooth support and without the kernel driver altogether? I used to be able to do this fine but the software auto-updated and I lost the feature.

Is there a way of downgrading to a release that does not require a kernel driver?

Thanks!
Navin.
