Remote wake up

This posting is older than 6 months and can contain outdated information.
I am setting up a music system with a headless Mac mini as the iTunes computer, with RB/AJAX, an iPod Touch controller, Airport Extreme, and Multiple Airport Express/Airtunes speakers.

RB is a great remote controller for the system. My question is what happens when the Mac Mini goes to sleep. How do I wake it up without having to walk over and hit a button?

I have set the Mini on the Ethernet part of our network, to allow remote wake up, but I don't know how to do it with Remote Buddy.

Thanks for any input.
