Incomplete Context Menu Options

This posting is older than 6 months and can contain outdated information.
It would be nice if in the context menu I could setup custom key commands. For example, with Quicktime I'd like to set up menu 5 menu items corresponding to CMD+0-4 to change the screen dimensions but there's no way to do this.

Quicktime Player only lists Toggle Fullscreen, System Volume Slider and Quicktime volume with three other options below that.

An option to enter custom key commands or Apple Scripts for the context menu would be ideal. This way, lesser used but VITAL commands may be accessed via the Apple remote or any other peripheral.

FYI, I just started the 30 day trial. This is the first limitation I've found.
