wiimote not connected strangles wifi network throughput in mac mini

This posting is older than 6 months and can contain outdated information.
Hi,

i have a strange problem with my wiimote.

Until i connect the wiimote the automatic discovery seems to strangles the wifi network, so throughput falls to 5 KB more o less.

When i turn on the wiimote and Remote Buddy recognizes it, the wifi problem disapears at the moment.

It seems like a problem with the searching for paired devices process.

I have a mac mini and 1.16 version of Remote Buddy.

This are the preferences:

- Search for paired remotes on startup marked
- Stop searching for paired remotes after... unmarked -> it strangles the wifi network
- Automatically disconnect remotes.... unmarked -> idem

Do any of you have a similar problem or know how to solve it?

Thanks in advance
regards
