Apple remote and EyeTV receiver, no hold button detection

This posting is older than 6 months and can contain outdated information.
Hello.

On the 2013' MacBook Air there are no build in IR receiver.

I've read the FAQ and found that Remote buddy could manage the Apple
remotes
in conjunction with an EyeTV receiver (EyeTV Diversity in my case)
plugged and
the EyeTV software running.

I test it and it work except for two things :
.. The hold state of the buttons is not recognized
.. When I've make a custom action with a keystroke actor, whatever the
setting selected
in the operation listbox, the action seem to Send multiple keypress
between press and
release button

Is this a limitation of the EyeTV receiver or is there problem with my
configuration ?

Regards.

Denis
