I'm sorry but I can't reproduce the problem on either of the two
MacBooks and a first-gen iMac Core Duo. I do believe though that it
could be a timing issue - one for which I'm looking into a workaround
right now.
If you could provide me with more info, this would be helpful, namely:
- which version of OS X you are using
- which version of Remote Buddy you are using
- whether you have the kernel extension installed
- whether you have paired your remote with the Mac (=> please note
that only the remote you have paired your Mac with can be used to wake
up your Mac. If you previously paired your Mac with a remote and then
make use of Remote Buddy's support for multiple remotes - which
ignores the pairing info - you can put your Mac to sleep with Remote
Buddy using a remote other than the one you paired, but you'll only be
able to wake up your Mac again, if you are using the remote that you
have paired)
- if you have paired your Mac with the remote: if the problem persists
if you unpaired it
Best regards,
Felix
