Controlling playlist from Mac

Does Buddy allow me to control the Apple TV menu system from the Mac desktop?

I currently don't have a screen attached to my apple TV. It is used to play music or display video/presentations through a projector. And I don't want to keep the projector on, for obvious reasons.

So my problem is playing music - I'm piping the music into the reception area of my business. Basically the receptionist can't see what they want to play.

I've had a lot of trouble exploring options - since most discussion about Apple TV assumes you have a display.

So... can this tool help me? Thanks for any suggestions.

I'm sorry, but the Apple TV is not supported nor can it be supported
as it's a closed platform that does not allow any third party
development.
