Removing Volume Display
View

This posting is older than 6 months and can contain outdated information.
I am giving a presentation (PowerPoint), which incorporates a few movie clips. For the presentation, I will be connecting my laptop to speakers and would like to periodically adjust volume levels with my Apple IR Remote throughout presentation.

However, I do not want to bother my audience by constantly flashing the volume slider on the screen every time I make an adjustment.

Is there a way to remove the on-screen feedback display for volume slider?

I hope I made my issue clear. Thanks for any help.

Thanks for asking.

There currently is no option to disable the visual feedback. Are you,
however, connecting to a second display by any chance?

You could then select the display you don't use for your presentation
in Remote Buddy > Prefs > General. All visual feedback will then
appear on that display.
