That sounds very much like you have only selected "Compile & 
testdrive Behaviour" in the BCK. Using that option will temporarily 
export and load the Behaviour, but not store it in a location that is 
being searched on startup.

Please select "Export .." to export it to

~/Library/Application Support/Remote Buddy/Behaviours/

for it to be automatically loaded at application startup time.
