License code

License code not working?

Please ensure that your copy of our software is up-to-date and that you enter the email address and license code exactly as provided to you by our Online Store (for your convenience some fields are pre-filled with data from your Address Book, which may not necessarily be what you have to enter if you f.ex. used a different email address for your purchase).

Recover lost license code

If you have lost your previously purchased license code, please make use of our license code recovery form. If you can't remember the email address you used for purchase, please contact us and provide your full name and postal address for an extended database search. Please use the download links on the respective product's website to download the actual software.
