Aaron:

you can also keep the left button pressed a bit longer while in the
menu and you'll go directly to the root level of the menu whereever
you currently are. Please see the FAQ for more shortcuts.

thanks for your help - and the fabolous idea of an "menu always on
current main screen" option. I'll add that.

I hope I can still squeeze it into 1.0. If not, there's always 1.1 ;-)
