Hello James,

thanks for your follow ups.

You can use

tell application "System Events" to keystroke return

to emulate hitting the return key.

Regarding your computer going to sleep: known problem with 10.4.9.
Apple broke it. Will be fixed in RC2 of Remote Buddy.
