thanks for the update.

Remote Buddy should be at 0% unless you actually use it or you just 
switched to another application.

Whenever you experience something like this, can you please make a 
sample with Activity Monitor as previously mentioned, so I have a 
chance to see what causes this for you and have a take on solving the 
issue?
