Thanks for asking.

There's no way I'd know of to speed up Spotlight queries - sorry.
Spotlight in Leopard is supposed to be much quicker, though (http://
www.apple.com/macosx/leopard/spotlight.html).

Having said that, extending the Movie Library functionality is also
on my ToDo list.
