if you created Behaviours of your own, you can find them at

~/Library/Application Support/Remote Buddy/Behaviours

If you "just" created your own "custom actions" directly in prefs, 
you can find them at

~/Library/Preferences/com.iospirit.remotebuddy.customactions.plist

If you entered them in the Behaviour Construction Kit and marked them 
global, you can find them at

~/Library/Preferences/com.iospirit.remotebuddy.factory.plist

Finally, button mappings can be found at

~/Library/Preferences/com.iospirit.remotebuddy.jp.s.bd.plist
