Did you install the Keyspan software? If so, did you uninstall it?

 
I had originally installed the Keyspan software and used it for a long time. When I found out about Remote Buddy I uninstalled the original Keyspan software.

Which Keyspan Remote are you using exactly?

Does the remote turn up in Remote Buddy's preferences "Hardware" tab.

 
Yes. And I can successfully use the remote for everything else I've tried to do. It just seems to ignore these buttons.
