Wow! Now that's a truely creative and impressive use of Remote Buddy :-)

Don't worry about the currency. The creditcard company (or PayPal,
when using PayPal) will automatically perform the conversion for you.
Usually, you'll then see three lines on your creditcard statement: one
with the Euro price, one with the conversion rate used by your
creditcard company and one with the amount in US dollar.

To get an idea of what 19.99 Euro are in another currency, just use
the built-in converter on the lower end of the shopping cart's list in
the IOSPIRIT Store. After a long time, the US dollar has become
stronger again recently, making RB cheaper for US citizens (=> http://finance.yahoo.com/currency/convert?amt=19.99&from=EUR&to=USD&submit=Convert
)
